Our thanks to PPM technologies for their very generous donation of materials for building robots and other fun “toys” They invited us out to look through their inventory and loaded our mentor’s truck down till the springs were crushed and the truck was groaning. We’ve never had so much shiny stuff before! Look out world we’re going to build robots!

• Knights of Pythias $1,000, shelving for tools and a new home

We thank the Ivanhoe Lodge #1, Knights of Pythias, Portland, Oregon for their ongoing support of FRC Team 1432.  They have  been one of our major sponsors for the last three years through both donations of $1,000 per year, and the use of the Lodge for our summer program.  In our hour of need they stepped up and let us move  into the basement of the lodge so we wouldn’t have to fold.  No doubt this has increased the operating cost of the building considerably.  The good knights not only support us, they support the Order of the Arrow (a service organization for older Boy Scouts) and a local soup kitchen.  All told the Knights of Ivanhoe Lodge #1 contribute more than 1000 hours a year in community service.  Thanks Knights for taking us on.  We would have been lost without you.  We also thank Phoenix Lodge, #34, Knight of Pythias, Beaverton, Oregon for three heavy duty sets of shelves to store our tools and equipment.
